Chris Berman “Circles the Wagons” at Jim Kelly’s Golf Outing
Nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills. This has been Chris “Boomer” Berman’s trademark phrase for years, as he has been a supporter of the team for years. Raised in Westchester, New York, Berman has always supported former Bills’ Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly.
“I’ve come about 15 times I think, This was set up a long time ago to give back money to the community. “Kelly for Kids” and not only “Hunter’s Hope”. So many things, so many areas in the Buffalo and Western New York community that this helps,” Berman told Class Act Sports.
It was Kelly’s 26th annual golf outing, which supported two of his own charities that help kids in the Buffalo area, and not even the weather could put a damper on things.
“It’s a great spirit. It’s raining as you can see. Last year it was 90 degrees. It doesn’t matter. We got people out here donating their time,” Berman said while taking a break from the action.
